Since retiring in July 2021 I have got in better shape by keeping active . I used to weigh 194
before retiring and now I weigh 162 and went from a 36 waist down to a 31 waist . In the mean time...On The Road Again...Off To The Mountains...Gone Fly Fishing: I am kept busy
working on my landscaping and my home. There is always something to do. I'm clean cut and well groomed but don't mind getting my hands dirty. I'm told I clean up well.
