We are 38 & 41 year old female couple looking for a quiet, clean and responsible roommate. We have a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment at the Gateway in Orange. The bedroom available is a large room, with a walk in closet, private patio and a large bathroom in the hall. Washer and Dryer in unit. The complex is gated and has 3 swimming pools, all with cabanas that have flat screen tv's and iPod hook ups. Barbecue grills throughout the complex, 2 fitness centers, game room, loggia with fireplace, and a business center. It's a beautiful complex. We are close to the 5,57,22 & 55 freeways. Within walking distance to the Block at Orange and UCI medical center. Very close to St. Joseph's Hospital, CHOC, The circle in Orange,Chapman University and Disneyland. The complex is located on State College Blvd. Between Orangewood and Chapman in Orange. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, and a 42 plasma tv. Cable (HBO, Cinemax and OnDemand) is available in the living room and can also be made available in the bedroom for a small amount every month. Local channels and some cable are currently available now. We are asking 950.00 a month including utilities. We have been together for 14 years, quiet, friendly and clean, no drugs, social drinkers.
