Permaculture Farming is what I am on this Earth to do now! Science is validating my belief that we actually 'talk' to plants and they communicate with us - always have and always will. Somewhere out there is botanist farmer or plant guy that loves growing things like I do.
I have been part of a very successful medical marijuana grow here in Oregon. In San Diego my 1st long term partner and I had a rare fruit tree and plant nursery coupled with antiques and collectibles biz. Calif Rare Fruit Growers (CRFG) San Diego City Chapter officer 3 years. Also extensive bromeliad, passiflora, and fruiting exotic Solanaceae including edibles and ornamentals. We had 13 banana tree varieties and there ARE outdoors hardy fruiting varieties to be tried here in PDX.
Food forests, community gardens and chicken tractors need to be the norm everywhere - not just here in my beloved People's Republic of Portland! LOL
