1. I 'm seeking a houseboy/roommate. Preferably a college student who needs a place. The room is either free or nearly free depending on the type of agreement. This is not as sexualy involved arrangement. What I offer is a room in exchange for assistance around the house and property. Depending on the amount of assistance the price of the room lowers. Should you, or the potential houseboy agree to what I refer to as my full needs the room and meals are free. If there are some things that cannot be accomplished, for whatever reason then the meals would be removed from the agreement and then small fees would be applied. The maximum needs would entail: Indoors: Doing the dishes, keeping the kitchen areas clean, keeping the pool room clean, keeping the two bath rooms clean, keeping the common areas clean. It would not include laundry, nor would it include cleaning of my private areas of the home (bedroom etc.). Outdoors: Assisting in yard duties (there is no lawn but the road must be mowed, small riding garden-tractor); Also, help in keeping the library (shed building with lazy-boy chair and many shelves of books) neat; keeping the flower garden neat. By neat I do not refer to looking like house beautiful magazine cover, but rather trash picked up and chairs wiped off.
